Anna’s Been Making News…
“Our campaign was never about one election or one candidate,” Sanders said. “The only way our movement can continue is if we work together to elect great, progressive candidates at every level of government, in every state in this country. I am proud to endorse these excellent leaders who will make a difference in the lives of New Yorkers. Together we will create a New York and a nation based on social justice, racial justice, economic justice, and environmental justice for all.”
Anna was endorsed by Planned Parenthood Planned Parenthood Empire State Votes (PPSV) PAC, an organization that works towards electing candidates that stand with Planned Parenthood and who fight for women’s and men’s health and rights… This is not the first time that Kelles has received recognition from Planned Parenthood. Anna was endorsed by Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, who said, "Dr. Kelles’ unwavering compassion and deep knowledge of the issues makes her a remarkable candidate who will bring Tompkins and Cortland County out of this crisis and into the future. Issues of childcare and healthcare are on the minds of all New Yorkers, and Anna isn't afraid of the hard work to come. I’m thrilled to support her candidacy. "
Anna was also endorsed by the New York State Federation of Democratic Women, an organization working to unite the women of the Democratic party.
Anna was endorsed by Senator Chuck Schumer, who said, “I support Dr. Kelles because I know she will bring her qualifications as an Epidemiologist and public health expert to Albany to lead the effort to beat back the Covid scourge. Anna Kelles will roll up her sleeves and fight for her constituents and the issues they care about.”
